Night School Classes

Spoto and East Bay high schools are offering free night school classes that allow people to earn a Florida high school diploma or GED. Both sites offer a variety of subjects, including algebra, English, American government and biology. Anyone older than 16 may register, and students currently enrolled in a day school may take a credit class to earn grade forgiveness with the permission of that student's day school.

The night school classes also have open enrollment, meaning students may start classes anytime during the school year. Classes are from 6:05 to 9:15 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

For information, call Edward Cristiano, (813) 671-5134, Ext. 263, or (813) 672-5405, Ext. 234.
