Ruskin Man Charged With Molesting Girl Younger Than 12

Hillsborough County deputies have arrested a Ruskin man on charges that he molested a girl younger than 12.
Because of the nature of the allegation, no further information about the girl was released.
Jorge L. Garcia, 35, was charged with sexual battery and remains at Orient Road Jail with no bail set.
Investigators said the girl identified Garcia as the man who molested her at his home. The time frame for the molestation is August 2007 through this month, they said.
