A Pair Of Road Closures Are The Way

Riverview Road Closings
RIVERVIEW - Two roads within a quarter-mile radius of each other will soon be closed for the evening.

Today, the 10th-of-a-mile section on Boyette Road between Balm-Riverview Road and Christina Drive will be closed from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Thursday.

Drivers may detour by taking Balm-Riverview Road to Park Drive, then Park Drive to McMullen Loop and McMullen Loop back to Boyette Road.

Meanwhile, a quarter-mile portion of Balm-Riverview Road - between Boyette Road and Lapetite Way - will close Thursday at 9 p.m. and reopen the following morning at 5.
Motorists may detour by taking Boyette Road to U.S. 301, and U.S. 301 to Balm-Riverview Road. Local traffic will be allowed up to the closure.

Both road closures are due to the installation of storm-drain systems.
