RUSKIN - St. Anne Catholic Church is hosting its two-day Fall Festival this weekend.
The event most definitely will have plenty of things to offer children, as there will be inflatable bounce houses, face painting and a costume parade, which will take place at 1 p.m. Sunday. Prizes will be awarded at the close of the festival.
Other activities will include games, a dunking booth, fire truck demonstration and a dance contest. And if your child likes clowns, then don't worry as there will be some on hand Saturday.
And adults will be able to show off their best moves during the festival's dance contest.
But that's not all, attendees will be able to check out the church's new 22,000-square-foot sanctuary, which is quite spectacular looking while motoring down U.S. 41.
The church is at 106 11th Ave. N.E. Festival hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and 1 to 7 p.m. Sunday.
For details, call the church office, (813) 645-1714, or Fran Nason, (813) 641-9109.
