Hillsborough County commissioners are seeking residents to serve on several advisory boards and councils.
Those interested in the voluntary, unpaid positions must be registered voters in the county.
The application deadline is July 23. Appointments will be scheduled to meet with the commissioners in August.
The following boards have openings: Affordable Housing; Child Care Licensing Hearing Officers; Children's Services Advisory; Family Child Care Home Advisory; Gas Board of Adjustment, Appeals and Examiners; Historic Resources Review; Mechanical Board of Adjustment, Appeals and Examiners; Plumbing Board of Adjustment, Appeals and Examiners; and Public Library.
